    How do I return an item?
    To proceed with the return must contact as soon as possible with our customer service (e-mail or phone) and we will explain the steps to enforce the same. We will not accept any returns that is not been reported previously.

    Once we receive your return request, automatically send our carrier company to collect the item you wish to return. Once we receive and review the package that everything is correct, proceed with a refund or replacement item.

    What is the deadline to make a return?
    The deadline for any refund is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

    Do I have to pay anything for my return?
    No. In case of return for non-conformity (you did not like, does not suit you or simply do not want the article) will be deducted from the refund the amount of collection costs. Already, you can send us the product(s) on your own with another company. (Euskal Fighters not responsible shipping by the customer, who is not using our shipping company).

    In case of replacement by another article by disagreement will be added to the cost of collection mentioned above, the costs of new shipping.

    If the product received is any damage or factory defect, we will take care of all the expenses of both the refund and the replacement thereof.

    How will the amount of my refund?
    Once approved the refund, you will receive the amount in the same manner in which you made your purchase.

    What requirements must comply with article for the return?
    - Not wash the product. - The product must be in its original packaging with tags and in perfect condition. - The product can not have stains or odors. - Not use.

    Should the product come wrapped in plastic that is not left no choice but to break it open, do not worry you can also make the return.

    When will I receive my refund amount?
    After approving the return you will receive an e-mail or a confirmation call telling you that the amount is credited to your account within a few days.

    How should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
    By contacting our Customer Service department, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
    In Euskal Fighters try to carry out the returns in the shortest possible time in the common interest of both parties, however only approved returns that meet all the above paragraphs.
